The management and leadership of the various departments of Hermes Einrichtungs Service (HES) are in the hands of experienced executives and top managers. In the following, we would like to briefly introduce you to this leadership team.

Carsten Meinders

Managing Director

Carsten Meinders has been successfully working in various positions at Hermes since 2003. Starting in 2006, he took over responsibility for the “Integration and Services” division of the Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland. The experienced logistics expert previously worked at companies such as Nedlloyd, Mercedes-Benz, and Danzas. Since October 2011, Carsten Meinders has been part of the management board of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG, overseeing the areas of Sales, Marketing, Client Service, as well as HUB & Transport.

Michael Dildey

Managing Director

Michael Dildey has been serving as the Managing Director of Operations at Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG since 2004 and has over 35 years of experience in large-scale logistics. He is responsible for the area Last Mile and Services as well as for the IT and Supply Chain Management.

Viviane Reichert-Brown

Managing Director

Since July 1, 2021, Viviane Reichert-Brown has been a member of the management board of Hermes Einrichtungs Service GmbH & Co. KG. She is particularly responsible for the areas People & Organizational Development, Finance & Controlling, Legal & Compliance as well as for Product, Sustainability & Procurement. The native German is also the CEO of Hermes France Holding SAS and Managing Director of Hermes Europe GmbH. Before joining the Hermes Group, Viviane Reichert-Brown held senior positions at Palletways Europe GmbH in Zurich, the largest network provider for palletized freight in Western Europe, and at the Dutch integrator TNT.
